Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

We take great pride in our candles and want you to love your new candles. If not, we will do what we can to make it right.
  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery is there is a problem with your order.
  • If your candle was broken during transit, we will send out a replacement candle right away. 
  • If you’re not happy with the scent you chose, we gladly accept exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The candle must be returned in its original sold condition. If the candle is not returned in its original sold condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please contact us before returning any items. Unauthorized returns may not be refunded or exchanged

We ship orders out 1-4 business days from the time your order was received. (3-5 Days, Oct- Dec) If you need to cancel an order, please contact us directly so we can cancel your order before it ships. (513) 594-1794. If your order ships you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the candle back to us before a refund can be issued. 

All refunds will be issued after receipt of an authorized return.
