Processing Time & Shipping
Our candles are hand poured in small batches and are shipped out in 1-3 business days. (does not include weekends or holidays)
We ship all orders Priority Mail through USPS. Once your orders has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You should receive your package in 2-4 business days.
We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.
Exchanges & Refund Policy
We take great pride in making our candles and want you to love your new candles. If not, we will do what we can to make it right.
We know ordering scents online can be challenging. If you’re not happy with the scent you chose, send us an email letting us know and what scent you would like in return. Ship the unused candle back within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Item must be returned in original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
All refunds will be issued after receipt of an authorized return.
Our candles are packaged carefully to ensure it is received without any damage. In the event your candle does arrive damaged, please email us a picture of candle and packaging at within 7 days of delivery and we will replace your candle.
Lost or Stolen packages
Courageous Faith Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact USPS or us and we will do what we can to locate your package.
We ship most orders out in 1-3 business days from the time of your order. If you should need to cancel your order, please contact us directly so we can cancel your order before it ships. (513) 594-1794. If your order ships, you will need return unused candle before a refund can be issued.
