When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt to all sides of the candle. This should take between 1-3
hours. Failure to do this will result in your candle tunneling down the center and limit the life of your candle. After each
burn remember to trim your wick to ensure it lasts longer and burns better. Extinguish your candle by dipping the wick
into the melted wax and straighten. This will stop the wick smoking and help when you relight your candle next time.
After your candle has burned, the wax will take on a rustic look. This is a part of soy wax and will not affect how your
candle has burned. You may also notice a white ring around your candle or some wet spots. This is a natural part of soy
and sometimes the wax does not completely adhere to the container. This will not affect how your candle burns in any
Processing Time & Shipping
Our candles are hand poured in small batches. Most order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. We do carry some candles on hand so your order may be shipped sooner. Processing time does not include shipping time. Our goal is to ship candles out to our customers before two days so that you can start enjoying your candle sooner.
We ship all orders Priority Mail through USPS.
Our candles are packaged carefully to ensure it is received by you without any damage. In the event your
candle does arrive damaged, please document the damage to the package and candle and email photos
to within 7 days and we will replace your candle.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We take great pride in our candles and want you to love your new candles. If not, we will do what we can to make it right. Our candles are hand poured and therefore slight variations between candles are to be expected.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.
If your candle was broken during transit, please document the condition of the shipping package along with the candle. Email us the photograph of the damaged candle and package at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will replace the items that were broken.
If you’re not happy with the scent you chose, we gladly accept exchanges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The candle must be returned in its original sold condition. If the candle is not returned in its original sold condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
Courageous Faith Candles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for mistakes made by the post office or delays. If your order is delayed or it shows delivered and you have not received it, please contact the USPS. A domestic package must be missing for 21 days with an incomplete tracking record before insurance can be filed on it and we can resend the order. We apologize for any inconvenience in this matter.

We ship most orders out 1-2 business days from the time your order was put in. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us directly so we can cancel your order before it ships. (513) 594-7094. If your order ships, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the candle back to us before a refund can be issued.
All refunds will be issued after receipt of an authorized return.
